TRIBUTES were paid to the Bard when Troon Nursery teamed up with P1 pupils to hold their annual early level Burns Supper at Troon Primary School last Wednesday.
Pupils wore tartan and children recited Scottish poetry to each other.
The P1 recruits also enjoyed teach the nursery children their Scottish dance.
A welcome snack was served of shortbread and orange juice. The event is always a fun-filled Scottish extravaganza.
The children would like to thank Beth McClymont for playing Scottish tunes on her violin.
