ROAD blocks on the A77 between Sandyford and Dutch House Roundabout, have been removed.
South Ayrshire Council have confirmed that a tree that had fallen onto the road has been removed and the A77 is open again.
Surrounding unstable trees have also been extracted from the area.
Winds are expected to reach up to 80mph across South Ayrshire and locals should prepare for severe weather gales and stormy weather this evening.
