First on the scene for responders
TROON First Responders Day was held at Ivy Cottage, South Beach in Troon recently.
The aim was to give the local community the opportunity to see for themselves, what it is like inside an ambulance and ask the crew what it takes to be on the front line.
The event, which also so experts teach some living saving skills, took place Saturday, January 23.
First Responders Group works in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service and is based in Troon where it serves the local area.
