Woman 'was caught with £500 worth of cannabis'
A WOMAN was allegedly found with £500 worth of herbal cannabis at a property on Ayr's Main Road.
It is claimed that the 22-year-old has been charged in concern of the supply of drugs after police had been making enquiries on another unrelated matter.
The Ayr Advertiser Series understands that police searched the house and discovered a four figure sum of money and 160 grams of the drug.
The woman was due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Monday, April 18.
