A MISSING teenager from Bellshill has been spotted twice in Ayr Town Centre.
Robert Thomson was seen in the area of Motherwell Road, Bellshill on Friday, June 3.
Officers are continuing their enquiries to trace 18 year-old Robert Thomson from Bellshill, and appealing for information after two reported sightings of him in Ayr town centre.
Robert and is described as white, 6ft in height and of slim build with short dark-coloured hair.
At this time he was wearing a black Lacoste tracksuit top with white stripes on the sleeves, dark-coloured tracksuit trousers, black Nike trainers and possibly a black Nike baseball cap.
Inspector William Jeffrey from Lanarkshire Division said: “As part of the ongoing missing person enquiry, officers are currently carrying out enquiries in Ayr following two reported sightings of him in the town’s Carrick Street on Thursday 9th and Saturday 11th June 2016.
“I would urge people who have seen Robert in Ayr, or anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Bellshill Police Office through the 101 number.”
