AN expensive bike was stolen from a garage in a residential area of Doonfoot in Ayr.
It is understood that the bike, which is of custom build and high value has a black frame, pink and purple logos and a white saddle, and was taken between 1pm and 2pm on Monday, July 4.
Officers from Ayr Police Office are appealing for information and witnesses following the theft of the bike.
PC Meehan from Ayr CID said: "I am seeking the assistance of the local community to get in touch with me if they have seen this bike or if they have any information regarding its whereabouts."
Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on the non-emergency number 101 or alternatively contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where anonymity can be maintained.
