A LUXURY yacht was spotted off Troon Harbour by locals last week.
The Talitha, which was originally built in 1930, was eyed up by many of the towns residents on Wednesday, May 17 and she has now continued her journey up to Brodick, and is expected to arrive on Thursday, May 18.
The overall length x breadth of the vessel is 80m × 10.39m and she operates under a Bermuda flag.
It is understood that she started this particular journey in Falmouth on Friday, May 12.
According to local sources, the Talitha comes a costly price of £360,000 to charter for a week, however, the Troon Times contacted MarineTraffic and they could not confirm this.
The picture of this magnificent vessel, above, was taken by Troon man, Bill Wright.
