A DRIVER crashed into another vehicle causing it to flip between Hollybush and Polnessan.
Scott Ferguson, of Crown Square, Ayr was driving, in an erratic manner on the A713 on August, 26 last year and repeatedly swerved onto the opposing carriageway.
Ferguson failed to negotiate a bend on the road and encroached onto the other side of the road again where he crashed into the other car causing it to overturn.
The 29-year-old continued driving on the wrong side of the road where he collided with another car causing damage to the vehicles.
On the day in question Ferguson was under the influence of drink or drugs while he was in control of the vehicle. He appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court last week before Sheriff Carole Cunninghame.
Sheriff Cunninghame deferred sentence to allow the courts to obtain a criminal justice social work report. In the meantime Ferguson has had his licence disqualified.
