THERE'S still time to sign up for Pretty Muddy which runs at Ayr Racecourse next Saturday.
Pretty Muddy isn’t like any other fundraising event. It's a muddy obstacle course that women of any ability can climb over, crawl under, and charge through.
There will be a 5k course on Saturday, September 30 where events are in waves, each starting 15 minutes apart to make sure everyone on the course is safe.
If you enter as a group, make sure you all enter the same wave as you cannot move waves once you’ve signed up.
You must be female and 13 or over at the time of your event and if you have a pre-existing medical condition, you should seek your doctor’s advice before registering.
It kicks of at 10am and is for girls only. It costs £10 for girls age 13-15, and £19.99 for woman 16 and over. All the money raised goes into research for Breast Cancer.
