A MAN is reaching out to the Troon community for information on his potential Troon relatives.
Robert Bluck, from Birmingham, purchased a memorial bench which resides in a peaceful location, in memory of his late mother, Isabella Bluck (nee Webb) and her two sisters, Euphemia and Nancy.
In August this year, Robert received £957 after the passing of Euphemia, which he used to purchase the bench with a plaque that reads: “In Loving Memory, Three Troon Sisters, Euphemia, Isabella and Nancy.”
Speaking to the Troon Times, Robert said: “My mother had two sisters who lived their lives in Troon - Euphemia and Nancy. Euphemia Killen died in 2013.
"I never knew she had died. In August 2017 I received a cheque and I thought, what could be better than to purchase a memorial bench for Euphemia and have her two sisters named on the bench’s plaque.
“Virtually all the relatives I have in Troon are unknown to me – relatives of Euphemia and Nancy should know there’s a memorial bench with their names upon it.”
