LOCALS travelled far and wide to Dundonald Castle for its annual Pet Show.
The event – part of Dundonald Highland Games Week – was held on Wednesday, August 8, and saw hundreds of people bringing along their canine friends to take part in a number of competitions.
The Pet Show was held in the playing fields below Dundonald Castle with various entry classes for all of the local talent.
Along with the Pet Show in the run up to the games, other activities took place throughout last week, including, a treasure hunt, a 10k road race and a seven-a-side football competition.
