A Prestwick bar –restaurant has been named Best Newcomer in the 2018 John Smith’s Great British Pub Awards.
7 Saints Bar and Burger Kitchen scooped the accolade in the awards orgainsed by the Morning Advertiser and affectionately known as ‘the Oscars of the pub industry’.
The quirky establishment on The Cross boasts a colourful, kitch interior featuring oddities such as flamingos with handlebar moustaches and zebras in shades.
The Great British Pub Awards posted on its website: “A pub with a difference, 7 Saints Bar and Burger Kitchen prides itself on its ability to stand out from the crowd.
“With its eclectic décor and ‘Instagrammable’ design scheme, the pub has no shortage of visitors looking to taste their ‘tiki’ themed cocktails. They even have plans to launch a YouTube channel to showcase their cocktail making skills.”
