Knicker stalker escapes prison

A 20-year-old pervert who stole a mother-of-four's underwear from her clothes line on no less than 15 occasions was placed on probation for two years.

At Ayr Sheriff Court Sheriff Norman McFadyen told William McKnight , of Ayr: "The offence in this case was somehwat bizzare in character."
