SCOTLAND'S champion ice cream maker Philip Mancini is celebrating after scooping a hat-trick of awards at a national ice cream competition.
Philip Mancini, of Ayr, was awarded the trophy for best dairy artisan ice cream for the second year running at The National Ice Cream Competition run by The Ice Cream Alliance and judges also chose his vanilla ice cream as best in clas.
