Last chance to stop superpub

PROTESTERS against a superpub heading to their town have been given a last-minute reprieve to try and get the boozer banned.

Pub giant JD Wetherspoon's had been given the go-ahead from South Ayrshire's licensing chiefs to create one of their chain bars in Prestwick.
