TWO former Ayr pubs and a former Monkton inn were put up for sale this week after sitting boarded up for some time.

CDLH, a licensed leisure and hotel surveying practice, was instructed by Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company to dispose of 8 public houses including The Libertine in Ayr, Monkton's The Wheatsheaf Inn, and the former Martha Dickie's & Tacos Licensed Premises in Kyle Street, Ayr.
