PAYING up for taking your car into Ayr has now become easier after new high-tech machines were unveiled yesterday (Monday).

On Monday, April 2, the town's new pay and display (P&D) parking went live, getting rid of the heacdche inducing voucher parking scheme which had baffled many drivers.
