Career crook jailed

A CAREER crook stole thousands of pounds worth of jewellery from addresses in Ayrshire during an eight-day crime spree.

Robert Paton, 38, also smashed his way into the Pavilion Cafe in Troon and stole £600 and a bottle of Cola.
