Residents suffer 'patch-up' work

COUNCIL bosses' treatment of one of its disabled Troon tenants has been attacked this week.
Both Troon MP Brian Donohoe and town Councillor Philip Saxton visited a wheelchair bound pensioner who they claim has been left by the council to live to substandard condition.
