SEIZED: Some of the fake IDs that have been discovered in South Ayrshire

OVER 40 fake id cards have been seized from underagers trying to get into South Ayrshire's pubs and clubs.
In the past few months licensees, working with Strathclyde Police and South Ayrshire Council, have cracked down on the use of fake and tampered with identification cards.
Andy Wilson from Club De Mar said: "We feel that we are certainly doing our bit by taking the fake cards from young people - preventing their attempts to get into our premises or any other."
