AN Ayr family's battle to be crowned winners of a national quiz show and bag the £25,000 jackpot will be screened this Friday.

The four member team from Ayr will appear on STV's Postcode Challenge on May 7.

They include husband and wife Eric and Susan Benn, their daughter Rosalind and her husband Sean Ramsay. As a family, the team socialise and holiday together and will go head to head with a team from Aberdeen to battle it out for the big cash prize.

Postcode Challenge, hosted by presenter Angus Purden and sponsored by charity lottery People's Postcode Lottery, is back on TV screens with a fresh look, a dynamic new format and lots of nail biting moments.

Every week, two teams from across Scotland are pitted against each other to battle it out for a £25,000 jackpot. Each team is made up of four friends who are linked by the same postcode.

The team also wins £500 for a local charity.

If you want the chance to take part in the show, please contact STV on 0800 747 1717 or postcodechallenge@stv.tv.
