Legal battle with council over kiosk

A businessman is waging a battle with Souh Ayrshire Council to allow him to revamp his seafront kiosk.

An interdict has been granted against the ciouncil to prevent them from trying to stop Billy Hammond undertaking improvements to the kiosk on Ayr Esplanade. Expenses were also awarded against the council.
