CLAIMS have been lobbied at Troon Welbeck Golf Club this week that they are holding up refurbishment plans for Troon Municipal Golf Clubhouse.
South Ayrshire Council are currently working with an external company on refurbishment plans for the clubhouse, a part of which is used exclusively by private club Troon Welbeck, pictured.
Much of the building requires urgent maintenance and plans are progressing for someone to take on that work and rejuvenate the building.
