'Keystone cops' farce folis £20k raid

TWO "Keystone Cops" crooks made a bungled getaway after stealing over £20,000-worth of cabling from a BT yard.

One of the drums fell out of the back of the van being driven by Simon Richardson, 32, in front of a retired police officer, who immediately alerted his former colleagues.
