HELPING HAND: Rotarians George McLachlan, Ian Weir and George Watson were happy to pass along the cheque to group members Fiona Kennedy and Morag Mathieson to help progress this valuable and ambitious project.
ALTHOUGH Rotary are a worldwide organisation, Troon Rotary Club take great pride in supporting a wide variety of local projects.
They organise the monthly Troon Rotary Community Support award of £200 to support ventures within the local community.
The most recent award went to Friends of Fullarton who are creating a nature trail within Fullarton Woods, incorporating brass rubbing posts and information on the birds, animals and wildlife in this wonderful local area.
