A SADISTIC care worker repeatedly assaulted a 91-year-old dementia sufferer because he kept getting up out of his chair in a nursing home lounge.

Two shocked colleagues witnessed Carmen English's ill treatment of frail pensioner, Thomas Boyter, in Suncourt Nursing Home in Troon, Ayrshire.
