SIX Ayrshire bowlers will be flying the flag for Ayrshire in two top events later this summer.
The British Indoor World Bowls Council (BIWBC) International Series is being staged from June 18 to 20 at Llandrindod Wells, Wales, while the BIWBC Junior International Series is scheduled for July 22 and 23 in the City of Derry Bowling Club, Northern Ireland.
Heading to Wales are West Kilbride duo Lawra Cox and Wendy Grant, while Dawn Anderson (Newton Park), Rebecca Houston of Prestwick, Ardrossan's Sarah Kennedy and Stephanie Wallace of Cumnock are bound for Derry.
