FOOTBALL and rugby are among the sports on offer at a sports event being organised at Marr College next month.
A Marr College P6 and P7 Summer Sports Camp is being held at the school from Monday, August 7 to Thursday, August 10.
The event runs from 10am until 2pm with a £5 charge for full camp. Fruit and water will be supplied each day!
It provides an opportunity for P6 and P7 pupils in the local areas to take part in a sports camp before attending Marr College.
The camp will be delivered by Active Schools, Marr PE Staff and Senior Pupils.
Over four days the camp will focus on sports delivered at secondary school including rugby, athletics, football, handball and hockey. It will also give pupils the chance to develop new friendships, meet key staff and build relationships with senior pupils.
