KILWINNING RANGERS 5

GIRVAN 3

FOUR-goal Bryan Boylan brought Girvan's unbeaten start to life in the Premier Division to a grinding halt at Abbey Park.

Kilwinning opened the scoring in two minutes when Ryan Nisbet ran to the bye-line and cut the ball back to the six-yard box where Bryan Boylan pounced to net.

Six minutes later an exact replica of the first goal saw Buffs double their

advantage with Boylan again netting.

It was three five minutes later Danny Cunningham misjudged a ball and Boylan had an easy chance to seal his hat-trick.

Girvan pulled a goal back in 17 minutes when Steven Auld was pulled down in the penalty area and Robert Paterson netted from the spot.

A good save by the home goalie denied Craig Reid a second goal for Girvan.

Buffs added a fourth goal in 39 minutes and again it was a cut-back which was knocked home by Boylan.

The fifth goal arrived two minutes after the interval when a cross field ball was picked up by Carlo Monti, who beat a defender and netted.

Girvan got a second goal in 65 minutes when Andy Hunter played in Jack McDowall, who passed to Michael Reilly and he netted.

Kilwinning almost added a sixth goal in 78 minutes bu Cunningham made a goal-line clearance.

Three minutes from the end Paul Cameron was pulled down in the box and Paterson scored from the penalty spot to further reduce the leeway.
