HIGH-flying Craigmark swept to the top of the league with a hard-earned victory over promotion rivals Maybole Juniors.
The opening exchanges favoured Craigmark.
The hosts went ahead in 20 minutes when Graham Cross was fouled in the penalty area and Ryan McKay netted from the spot.
The lead was doubled ten minutes after the interval Damien Bloy trying to clear, only succeded in knocking the ball into his own net.
Craigmark had chances to kill the match but failed badly in front of goal.
Maybole pulled a goal back to set up an exciting finish but Craigmark held out to secure the points.
