FOLLOWING on from the successful event with Ayrshire Ukele Band in January, Loans Social Hub Drop-In hosted a hugely successful Musical Afternoon on May 12.
Loans Village Hall was the venue for the event.
It attracted around 70 people from across the community, with most in the 60 and upwards age group.
Starring in the event were the Musical Friends Band.
They played a whole host of tunes, including Scottish melodies and numbers from Glenn Miller, which became very popular during and after the Second World War.
More entertainment on the afternoon came courtesy of the talented Highland Dancers from Struthers Primary School.
Organiser Babs Currie said: “The afternoon went really well and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
“I would say it was just as busy as the Ukelele afternoon in January and thanks to everyone who came along.”
