PEOPLE from across Troon gave their support to the work of charity Christian Aid.
Lunches were hosted during Christian Aid Week in Troon Old Parish Church, Taking part were members from the host church, Portland Parish Church and St Meddan’s Church.
Those who supported the event were served coffee or soup and filled rolls. In all, £920 was raised.
The three churches and St Ninian’s Church also held successful door-to-door collections.
Among projects supported will be an initiative in Haiti to help those affected by hurricanes.
