A MAN refused to be breathalysed last week when he was arrested for alleged drink driving.
Police stopped the 31-year-old at around 11pm on Tuesday, May 14 when he was seen driving at Holmston Road in Ayr.
Officers detected a strong smell of alcohol from the man and requested that he take the roadside breath test.
The man refused to do so and was arrested and conveyed to Ayr Police Station.
