PUPILS and staff at St Patrick’s Primary School proudly showed off their recent Gold accolade for Unicef’s Rights Respecting Schools Award (RRSA).
The Gold Award is the highest stage in the ranking and is granted by Unicef UK to schools that have fully embedded children’s rights throughout the school in its policies, practice and ethos, as outlined in the three RRSA Strands.
Pupils at St Patrick’s have worked tirelessly to claim the prestigious throne to ensure children’s rights are ‘learned, understood and lived’ in the school.
