THE Troon Secret Santa’s have returned to the North Pole again after another very busy festive season which has seem them out and about, delivering gifts to families across the town this Christmas.
While the lists are still being finalised, Troon’s little army of Secret Santa’s have delivered to around 600 Troon houses this festive season, delivering gifts to more than 800 children and numerous adults.
It has been a busy time for everybody involved and organisers are very grateful for everyone's help once again this year through their various seasonal activities - whether it has been donating gifts or simply offering a few hours of their time. Their help is all much appreciated.
This year saw volunteers from PSYV (Police Scotland Youth Volunteers) Cumnock helping out not just at the Santa Dash, but also spent a fun-filled night being Secret Santa’s around Troon which they all thoroughly enjoyed and are already looking forward to next year’s festivities.
They enjoyed it that much now they are looking to start a similar initiative in Cumnock next year, all on the back of the success of Troon Secret Santa.
